Purpose

Resilience Hydrique presents AWTT Hexprotect AQUA modular floating cover solutions to reduce evaporation from irrigation basins, reservoirs, lagoons and mega-basins in Southern Europe. The site provides technical information, an indicative simulator and quote requests to HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o.

Quotes and orders

Any form or email request is a quote enquiry, not a firm sale. A contract is formed only after written confirmation of scope, price, lead times and delivery terms (signed quote or accepted purchase order). HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o. may decline any request.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Unless otherwise specified on the accepted quote, payment is due as follows: 30% on order (deposit upon signing the purchase order) and 70% when goods leave our warehouse or the manufacturer's premises. Payments are made by bank transfer in euros (EUR) to the account stated on the invoice.

10-year warranty

HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o. provides a written 10-year warranty covering Hexprotect AQUA equipment supplied and installation quality, with free inspections in years 1, 3 and 5. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, third-party modification, casualty or events outside normal operating conditions. Full terms appear on the quote and warranty certificate delivered at handover.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Polish law, HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o.'s total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to amounts paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and the Resilience Hydrique brand belong to HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted exclusively to the Commercial Court of Kraków (Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS), subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.

Changes

HYDRO INNOV sp. z o.o. may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
